I thought that, rather than create a new thread when I wanted to say there was something new on my blog, I would create a general purpose thread that I could keep re-using. The blog "Anne Oni Mouse: TG and the rest" can be found at aomouse.blogspot.com

I hope it works. Currently I am working on:
1. A one page comic about an undercover policeman (out as "Stripped of respect")
2. A story about a naughty knight becoming a nice lady
3. A fairly short comic about a muscle bound oaf growing in the wrong place. (out as "Show me your tits")

OK, well the first one is now up - well it is just a page.
"This is a one page comic that could well be the first of a series. Plain clothes cop Nicky is told that he has to go undercover as a transvestite exotic dancer/stripper in a club. He hates the idea, but his boss will not be moved and Brandy Kupp makes her debut on the podium."

Pretty good. The premise reminds me of an obscure Al Pacino movie called "Cruising" from the 80's were he was forced to go undercover in the gay club scene.

OK, my latest comic is now available to download from 4Shared. The story is of Professor Albert Strange who is betrayed by his research partner and ends up as Andrea Sweet, the property of a gangster.

Thought I would also let "Show me your tits" out. This is a short comic I mentioned earlier where a body builder gets developments he really didn't want. It can be downloaded from 4SharedI have also added a new captioned comic page "Mikey stumbles into a new world" to my blog.

I have completed my latest comic called "The Birthday Present", an expansion of the caption I did "This Fantasy Holiday is Real". It has now become an 18 page comic that can be download from 4Shared. Brief description: Mike's wife buys him a week at a special place where he can play out his sexual fantasies as a woman. What she doesn't tell him is that it is going to be a more permanent arrangement.

Hi Anne,
I'm enjoying seeing your prolific output. I particularly enjoyed "The Birthday Present." My one complaint is that some of the text in some of the balloons and captions is obviously missing (cut off). This is a wee bit frustrating! Any chance you can fix the files?
In any case, thanks for sharing. It's always exciting to see new comics!

Ooops, sorry about that. I have updated the file and hopefully this time the text all fits. It seems to be a problem with Comic Book Creator publishing differently from what appears on screeen.

Just a quick captioned image on that well-trodden path of the sex-change following a flu-like illness. The difference this time is that, while Brad's body goes to the female side his head goes rampaging off in a masculine direction. Find it at this BLOG PAGEI am currently working on a couple of new comics, though I have no likely release date for them: 1. "Kaylor the mighty: the end of his story?" about a superhero type character who is given a different identity by his magical foe. (Up to page 16 and a little stalled) 2. "In mind not body: featuring Jack Knot 006.5" a spy story with a rather familiar main character. (Currently up to page 21) On 8 Sep I have also added one of my old captioned tales called "Gender warrior on the run", which was actually made in 2006. A soldier has volunteered for special duties, but isn't happy when they change his sex and dress him in pink lingerie. Before they can finish things he goes on the run. Find it (plus two more) at this BLOG PAGE

Just completed a short comic "A date with the sculptress" and it is available on my blog here. Gerry thinks his date with Vanessa, a hot blonde sculptress, is going very well, but it takes a turn that he really wasn't expecting. A PDF of the comic can be downloaded via 4Shared Cover of "A date with the sculptress"

Pretty good - the lack of motivation makes it feel a bit odd - I would love to see this expanded to a more lengthy comic

GreatSage: Pretty good - the lack of motivation makes it feel a bit odd - I would love to see this expanded to a more lengthy comic I do know what you mean about no motivation, this was started last night and finished this morning, which had the advantage I couldn't start wandering off in new directions as it developed Most of the things that never appear are because I ended up going off on a new line that came to me as I was working. I kind of thought her motivation was to create statues to sell, it is sort of like those of us who use poser type apps because we can't draw. It also makes for relationships without complications if your short term partner is stone at the end of it!

I welcome more TG artists, instead of sifting through all this manga garbage. Most manga garbage consists of things I don't like or repetitive stories. Keep it up AnneOniMouse, maybe people will tell you I'm the toughest critic around. You're obviously doing a good job from my point of view.
You're getting good for this genre, hopefully it will inspire you to make a full length story.
One problem I have with objects transformations is that, you essentially end them. It would have been better without the thought process of the sculpture. I'm ok with that, I think that's better. Talking or thinking panties, bra's or sculptures, gimme a break, how stupid is that. Objects don't think.....
I like the short story though.

As with all things thought of as artistic there will always be as many opinions as people viewing them. I was working on the feeling that some consciousness might still be left within the stone shell, though there would be little way of anyone knowing. In a way I feel that makes the unfeeling nature of the transformation that Vanessa has performed even more ruthless. Personally I have the same feeling as you regarding manga, but there is enough room around for us all to get our fix of what we like. As for my shorter works, I guess that is largely due to my limited attention span. I always tended to avoid the longer stories when they were posted on Fictionmania.

Well, they don't have to be long stories, just complete ones (beginning, middle, and end!). ;) ( I'm that way, too. I'm frequently far to impatient to spare the time to sit and read longer stories, and computer screens are NOT conducive to pleasant reading experiences. :D)

Dismissing all manga as garbage is short sighted - there is good and bad in every genre.

Assuming this current release by the author 'lacks motivation' is short sighted.

No I meant that the character of the sculptor did, I in no way was insulting Anne personally - or intending to. And in what way is it short sighted? Simply parroting words back at me is not a clever argument not does it make a great deal of sense.
